There is no peace in the midst of distraction except to realize what it is and, then, love it away. By returning to center, you return to heart. By returning to heart, you return to Source. By returning to Source, you return to peace.
Be the source of peace in times of turmoil, distrust and fear. Everyone has a different path, a different road, a different course to take in this life. But, everyone is on a journey. Every journey needs a light. Maybe it's bright sunshine or daylight. Maybe it's a flood light or a lit match. Be the peace. Be the light. Be the shelter. Just BE.
